Located in West Greenwich, RI, this ground mount solar array was experiencing an abundance of string outages. The client had hired an outside contractor to perform an aerial flyover to determine the severity of the string outages. NAR O&M team was contracted to perform an investigation into the outages. What our team uncovered was that mice had infiltrated the row-row jumper conduits and were feasting on the PV insulation of the source circuits, all due to a failure to seal the weatherheads.
